Is CloudPiano Free?

For the majority of users, CloudPiano is completely free to use and will remain so. You can sign up with a free account or just play as a guest user. For individuals looking to use our premium features, we ask that you pay a small subscription fee - this comes with a 1-month free trial and you can cancel any time.

How can I play without others interrupting me?

The best way to avoid interruptions, if that's what you are after, is to create your own private room (or video room). In order to do this, you will need to be signed up with a free account.

I don't have a MIDI device, can I use CloudPiano?

We recommend using a MIDI device as this gives a more realistic musical experience. However, you can use your computer keyboard and mouse instead if that's what you have available.

Why do I need to sign up in order to create a room?

We require users to be signed up before they can start creating rooms. This is done to help prove to us that you are a real person and not a bot or malicious actor. Because this app is used by kids, we aim to keep it a safe and friendly environment.

It's not letting me join a room. What should I do?

There are several reasons why this might happen. If the problem persists then email tim@cloudpiano.io and describe the issue you are facing.
